Security Issues -

The VK Direct Online Shop uses Worldpay to handle our card transactions, which is part of the Bank of Scotland. You can 'Window shop' as much as you like and no personal information will be detected or transmitted. As and when you move to the checkout to pay for your goods, you will be asked for information to enable us to deliver your order. You will then be transferred to the Worldpay secure server to process your payment.

How to Navigate -

Whilst within the shop environment, the button will be present at the top left of the screen. You can click on this at any time to return to the Shop front. You can also click on the options listed at the top of the screen to return to other areas of the Website. If you have already added items to your order and wish to review them, or you have finished shopping, click on , which will be present at the top right of the screen.

Buying a Product -

Click the "Start Shopping" button and click on the image of your Vorwerk vacuum.
A product list will be presented to you. Enter the "Quantity" you want to purchase alongside the item/items you require and click the "Add to basket" icon.

Your VK Direct Shopping List -

• The "Shopping cart" will be presented to you listing all the items you wish to purchase.
• If you want to change the "Qty" you can and clicking "Update Cart" will revise the total value.
• If you want to remove an item click "Remove" box alongside the item you want to remove and click the "Update Cart" icon"
• To empty the cart and start over click the "Empty cart" icon and press the back button on your browser to continue shopping.
• When you have finished shopping you can choose to checkout and pay by card or check and complete a fax order.

Identifying yourself at the Checkout -

Once at the checkout, you need to enter your e-mail details and password. Your delivery details will have been remembered by the system so you will not be asked to re-enter these. If you have forgotten your password you can have it sent to your email address by using the "Forgotten Password" option. If you are a new user, use the "New User" option and complete your name and address details. You need only complete the delivery details if you parts are to be delivered to an alternative address.

Selecting method of Payment -

You have two choices, credit card and fax. With Fax payment, you need only print out the order as viewed on the screen, add you Credit Card details and fax back to VK Direct.
With credit card payment, your payment details will be handled by Worldpay.
